    On existing projects, we do a careful analysis of existing conditions. Matterport allows us to do this on all existing interior surfaces. We combine PointCloud 3D models/photos and on site verifications for proper as-built documentation.

    We use BlueBeam to have clear conversations with our clients. In addition to talking we have to talk by marking expectations
